How long until I get my video?
About 3 to 5 business days after I receive your footage. Send your rushes at least a full week before your publish date (the earlier the better) so there's time for feedback and revisions.
How do I send my footage?
Through a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or SwissTransfer link, along with your script and anything you want to see in the video.
How do I give feedback?
I send you a Frame.io link with the video. You leave timecoded comments directly on it, and I work through each one.
How can revisions be unlimited?
You can ask for as many changes as you need until you're happy with the result. Once a video is approved, the next one goes into production.
Will we ever need a call?
No. Everything happens in writing, by email and through comments on Frame.io. You reply when it suits you, and every decision stays on record.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no commitment. Videos you don't use in a month don't roll over to the next one.
What counts as a long-form video or a Short?
A long-form video runs under 15 minutes. A Short runs under 90 seconds.
